Home Users

On-site service can be costly... you are paying for a technician to be at your location for the full time it takes to fix your computer. Just running Windows updates on a computer can take hours, not to mention the time it take to scan for viruses and spyware, transfer data, or just diagnose a troublesome program. A technician can multi-task, working on more than one computer at a time, and save you money by only charging for the actual work accomplished, rather than the full time spent on a problem from start to finish. Here is a list of services we can do for you in our shop, where we can pick up your computer, repair or upgrade it, and have it back to you as soon as possible.

Payment options: Cash, Personal or Business Check, Mastercard, Visa, Discover.

Business Clients

Grayspace technicians have experience with enterprise applications, and can provide your office with on- and off-site help-desk support on an hourly or contract basis. Whether you need computers repaired or upgraded, a network installed or expanded, or you need a server installed, we can help. We can install a simple (and inexpensive) Linux-based mail/web/file server or a full-blown Microsoft Small Business Server with Microsoft Exchange, based on your needs. We can set up your office internet connection, and configure remote access so you can work from home or on the road.
A full-time IT support person can cost a lot of money, so why not pay just for the support you actually need? Give us a call and say goodbye to you computer problems!
